Welcome to Your Personalized Virtual Chakra Reiki Session Here’s how our session will unfold: Intentions & Goals Discussion (7 minutes): We begin by discussing your goals and intentions. This helps in customizing the session to address your specific needs. Reiki Healing (10-12 minutes): I’ll then guide you through a 10-12 minute Reiki session focusing on the chosen chakra. This will help release blockages and restore balance. Experience Reflection (7 minutes): Finally, we’ll spend 7 minutes reflecting on the session. We’ll discuss any sensations or insights you experienced. This session will be via Zoom & lasts 25 minutes. Please ensure you’re in a quiet, distraction-free environment for the full benefit of the session. We will speak virtually throughout, but the session is not recorded. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, the session will be canceled, and a $22 no-show fee will be charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will also incur the $22 fee. Understanding the Chakras: Root Chakra (Muladhara): Location: Base of the spine. Blocked: Instability, anxiety, lower back issues. Balanced: Feeling grounded, secure, and stable. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): Location: Lower abdomen. Blocked: Emotional instability, creativity blocks, sexual dysfunction. Balanced: Creativity, emotional health, and pleasure. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Location: Upper abdomen. Blocked: Low self-esteem, personal power issues, digestive problems. Balanced: Confidence, motivation, personal power. Heart Chakra (Anahata): Location: Center of the chest. Blocked: Difficulties with love and relationships, chest tightness. Balanced: Deep love, compassion, and empathy. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Location: Throat area. Blocked: Communication issues, self-expression problems. Balanced: Clear communication, honesty, self-expression. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Location: Forehead, between the eyebrows. Blocked: Intuition issues, confusion, headaches. Balanced: Insight, clarity, and awareness. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Location: Top of the head.
