How to Use:
1. Open your windows and doors to allow the smoke and released energy to exit.
2. Light the rosemary bundle with a match or lighter, let it burn briefly, then gently blow out the flame to produce smoke. Say a prayer & set your intentions.
3. Start at your front door and move slowly counterclockwise around your home, directing the smoke in all directions until you return to the front door.
During Use
When burning a smudge stick, always use a fire-resistant bowl or shell (such as an abalone shell or lion's paw shell) to safely hold the stick during the smudging process.
