Refund & Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Sage & Whiskey. I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my products and am committed to ensuring your satisfaction. My offerings include products crafted with spiritual intention and energy work, as well as carefully curated items designed to support and enhance your spiritual journey. Each product, whether handcrafted or selected, is intended to foster your personal growth, well-being, and connection to higher energies. Please note that, due to the spiritual nature of these products, as well as my tarot reading services, Reiki sessions, digital products, and other services, all sales are final. I do not provide refunds or exchanges, as every item and service is specifically created or chosen with your unique needs in mind.

I do not offer refunds for missed appointments or no-shows. Once an appointment is booked, it is considered confirmed, and refunds will not be given for cancellations or missed appointments. Please ensure you are able to attend your scheduled appointment or contact me in advance if rescheduling is necessary.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, I will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please notify me within 5 business days of receiving your order with your order number and a description of the issue. Images will be requested to help with the review process.

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning defective items. I will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in our refund and exchange policy.

Shipping

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that I do not ship on major holidays.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for any costs incurred in returning defective items to me.

  • Replacement Shipping: I will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to you.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.

  • Contact Information: To arrange an exchange for a defective item, please contact me at sageandwhiskey1144@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  • I will request photographic evidence to assist with the review and processing of your order.

  • Policy Agreement: By completing your purchase, you consent to the terms and conditions specified in this refund and shipping policy.

For domestic orders, if a package is returned to us unopened and marked 'Return To Sender,' I will issue a refund for the purchase amount, excluding the shipping costs. Please be aware that international orders refused at customs are not eligible for a refund. I recommend checking the customs regulations for your country to avoid any issues with delivery.
